1. This document regulates the General Online Sales Conditions of the MISKO BEACHWEAR website. By placing an order at the Misko Beachwear Online Store, you accept our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Ownership of the online store - The domain and online store available at www.miskobeachwear.com (hereinafter referred to as “online store” or “website”) is owned by CVLM, Lda, headquartered at Av. doctor Salgado Zenha, nº3 , 2º Dto, 1685-655, Portugal, with NIF 516312138 and holder of the brand MISKO BEACHWEAR
1.2 Scope and application
The general conditions identified below, govern the purchase and sale operations registered in the online store between any person who uses it as a final consumer, and Misko Beachwear as responsible for the marketing of its products.
1.3 Changes to the General Online Sales Conditions
MISKO BEACHWEAR reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time, in order to comply with the applicable legislation. You can also, to the same extent, change the content of the website with regard to products and commercial conditions without prior notice.
1.4. Information about the products
MISKO BEACHWAER provides information regarding the characteristics of the products, including technical and usage descriptions provided by its suppliers, as well as photographs illustrating the products sold. Colors displayed on electronic devices are approximate and therefore may differ slightly from actual product colors. Colors change from device to device. MISKO BEACHWEAR cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between the color of the product and the color displayed on the website.
1.5 Pricing information
Public sale prices on the website are presented in euros (€), and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force.
The prices communicated in the online store already include VAT.
Shipping costs are at the expense of the final consumer and are calculated at the time of checkout.
The price of the products is defined on the MISKO BEACHWEAR website.
However, unforeseen computer errors may occur at the time of purchase.
In these cases, the purchase order will be canceled and the amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
1.6 Purchase process
To make a purchase, you must access www.miskobeachwear.com and take into account the steps identified below.
The buyer must register as a customer at www.miskobeachwear.com and correctly fill in all the data requested in the customer form.
Only the correct completion of the data ensures that the order will be accepted and delivered.
We developed this website so that navigation in the online store is simple from the user's point of view.
All items identified as available may be selected for procurement purposes.
In the virtual shopping basket, (icon where the chosen products are automatically saved while the purchase process takes place), you can view all the items, and exclude some that you do not want, without prejudice to ordering other products.
After completing the selection process, you should always verify that it is in compliance and proceed with payment.
The delivery of all orders placed on the site is dependent on the availability of the products. MISKO BEACHWEAR tries to ensure that all items for sale are in stock. However, MISKO BEACHWEAR reserves the right to cancel orders already confirmed for items that are no longer in stock.
In these cases, the customer will be immediately informed of the cancellation, having the same right to a refund paid for his order.
2. Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are billed per order and are at the expense of the customer. This value at the time of checkout.
Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with customs and tax policies different from most European Union countries are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the country of destination (Import Fees).
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Import Duties at the time the shipment arrives in your country and may incur additional customs clearance charges.
MISKO BEACHWEAR is unable to estimate these charges.
For this reason, the customer should contact the local customs office for more information.
All customs clearance processes, as a rule, result in a delay in relation to the shipping period.
2.2 Payment Methods
MISKO BEACHWEAR offers the following payment methods:
The customer must pay only the exact amount identified in the confirmation of each order and use the aforementioned means of payment.
MISKO BEACHWEAR cannot be held liable for damages if the customer uses other payment methods than those described.
2.3 Confirmation or cancellation
The confirmation of the order placed by the customer is validated through an email sent automatically after completing the purchase process.
This email must be kept until the order is received.
Orders are only processed after confirmation of receipt of payment and acceptance of these general conditions.
If one of these assumptions is not verified, MISKO BEACHWEAR reserves the right not to accept the order placed by the customer.
MISKO BEACHWEAR also reserves the right not to confirm or proceed with the delivery of the articles and is exempt from any responsibility for any damages or costs in one of these situations:
if the order is flagged by the website's security systems as irregular or suspected fraud;
if the ordered items are no longer available;
if the order has been registered with errors in the data for its delivery;
if it is impossible to properly collect the respective payment.
In any of the situations identified, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order, and the amount paid for the items will be refunded.
Items ordered from the MISKO BEACHWEAR online store will be delivered on business days, with shipments from Monday to Friday.
MISKO BEACHWEAR cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery process by the carrier.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the packaging and items received in order to identify any damage. If it finds that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept the order and must immediately choose to return it through the return policy provided on the MISKO BEACHWEAR page.
MISKO BEACHWEAR will refund the respective order as soon as it receives the items at your address and the return process is completed.
If the customer does not return the order within 14 days (calendar) after receiving it, it is considered accepted.
2.5 Delivery times.
The estimated time for shipment of the order may vary according to any change that may arise in the carrier, and MISKO BEACHWEAR cannot be held responsible.
After dispatch, MISKO BEACHWEAR estimates that your order will be delivered within the following deadlines:
- Portugal (Continental): 1 to 3 business days
- Portugal (Islands): 3 to 6 business days
- European Union: up to 20 days
- Rest of the World: up to 30 days
The address indicated for delivery of the order is the sole responsibility of the customer.
The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving your items. You must always indicate the purchase number and attach the respective invoice sent to you, and mention which items you wish to exchange or return.
Under the terms of Decree-Law nº 24/2014, of February 14, the Customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the order at the address chosen by the Customer, to return or exchange his/her item(s). ) if you find that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered, or simply withdraw, without the need to expressly indicate the justification.
MISKO BEACHWEAR reserves the right not to accept returned items if they show signs of use, have been washed, do not have tags in their original condition, do not have hygienic protection.
Items must be sent in the original box, accompanied by the invoice to the address described below:

The shipping costs associated with the exchange/return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you choose registered shipping with tracking information. Unregistered shipments that are not received by MISKO BEACHWEAR cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returns will be made using the same payment method, 8 working days after receiving the returned order, so that it can be checked accordingly.
If the reason for the return is to exchange an item, after checking availability, it is sent to the address indicated by the customer, with shipping costs being fully borne by the customer.
MISKO BEACHWEAR is not responsible for the incorrect washing of articles. To avoid this situation, always consult the WASHING INSTRUCTIONS on the internal labels of the articles.
